ROLLAMATIC SOLUTION

A glass-enclosed courtyard on the mezzanine level brings the outdoors in, and a glass retractable roof fills the living space below with natural light and air flow. Steps in the courtyard lead right to the roof, which features both a lush garden and striking city views. World Interior News named this house Winner Residential Interiors at the 2015 WIN Awards. It was a finalist in the residential apartments category at the 2016 Architizer A+ Design Awards.
