Impressively, over 60% of the restaurant’s seating is situated beneath the Rollamatic-covered patio. From April to October, the roof is regularly opened, providing an al fresco feel. Together, they opted for two retractable glass roofs, each measuring 15 ft by 12 ft, strategically positioned along the center of the space, constituting a substantial portion of the roof footprint.
This collaboration has transformed Peacekeeper into a sought-after destination, providing patrons with a distinctive experience that surpasses what traditional rooftop bars can offer. With the simple flick of a switch, guests can enjoy protection from the wind or rain, setting Peacekeeper apart as an iconic venue.
